Eyexercise

Hello dear respected reader and friend, 

Today I'm going to share with you the eyes exercise, which can help you or anyone improve a lot of eyes challenges, including Macular Degeneration - also known as age-related macular degeneration (AMD or ARMD), is a medical condition which may result in blurred or no vision in the center of the visual field. Early on there are often no symptoms; Glaucoma, Cataract, Near Sightedness, Far Sightedness and many others eyes related ailments. 

Help with Eyes Challenges

What you do is :
1. First of all, close your eyes.
2.And then you visualize a clock in-front of you.
3. You roll your eye balls 36 times clockwise direction, 1 second 1 circle. 
4. And then roll your eye balls counter-clockwise for another 36 times, doing it with the same speed, 1 second 1 circle. 
(Step 3 with step 4 is considered as 1 set of eye-balls-rolling)
5. And then you repeat this set, 2 more times. And do it one time in the morning and one time in the evening.
